Gourmet Salon 2016
This year Salon de Gourmets or Hall of Gourmets is held from the 4th to the 7th of April. It will be in IFEMA ( Institución Ferial de Madrid or Madrid Trade Fair Institution) premises in Madrid.
The International Hall of the Club de Gourmets is the meeting point among manufacturers of delicatessen products and it is a quality benchmark for European cuisine. Within this fair you can attend different activities such as the presentation of products, contests, round tables, among others.
The fair has an international character and maintains a leadership in Europe, as the only one of its kind, with more than 1420 exhibitors, 35’000 exhibited products, 84’117 professional visitors, 1’486 journalists and accredited media.
It also has the Workshop of the Senses Gourmets, which was born in the XIV edition in order to bring delicatessen products to the non-professional public, and on the other hand to schoolchildren, transmitting year after year the importance of quality Spanish gastronomic products.
In Ecotrip we couldnot miss it and we went to visit this Salon de Gourmets in IFEMA, to see the news and learn more about the meat sector, to be able to offer them the best products with the best possible quality.
