• Place the hanks into a container with warm drinking water for 30 minutes.
• Recommended water temperature should be between 30-35º.
• Let drain.

Hanks in brine:

• Place the hanks into a container with warm drinking water for 20 minutes.
• Recommended water temperature should be between 30-35º.
• Let drain.
